At PKbazaar, it is possible to be delivered at home, anywhere in Belgium. According to this option, if you place an order online, one working day, it will almost always be treated the same day by our employees and will be deposited at your place, within 1 to 2 working days, by our delivery service . Some of our suppliers also deliver their products at home.

DELIVERY BY A SUPPLIER
Part of our assortment is delivered via our suppliers directly to your home. In general, articles that follow this procedure are not present in our points of sale. Some of them may, despite everything, be the subject of a special order in store. The advantage of this last solution consists essentially in the possibility of paying your order in cash, of asserting your Eco-vouchers or Compliments Supreme Award Tickets.

When the order is delivered directly by a supplier, it is the latter who organizes the shipment of packages. On the product page you select from the online catalog, you will find two first indications for home delivery. The name of the supplier on the one hand, the delivery time and cost on the other hand. Further information can be found on the provider’s page; you access it by clicking on the link containing the name of the supplier.

The supplier page includes, among other things, details of its activity, information on its delivery or return procedure, warranty coverage and after-sales service. Find out below the delivery instructions of each supplier.

Return fees
Items can be delivered by hand in the PKbazaar store of their choice. The customer must bring the purchase invoice. Items can only be returned if they have not been removed from their packaging or damaged. The total amount of the order is refunded (Article returned – shipping costs will not be refunded). Some products are subject to exception to return; in this case, you are informed before your purchase.

The option is offered to the customer to return the order by a carrier of his choice (LCS, DHL, TNT, …). The store address is on the purchase invoice. The customer will clearly indicate this address on the packaging of the package and will attach the invoice. In this procedure, the return costs are borne by the customer. A few days after sending, and after checking the condition of the parcel, the order will be refunded to the bank account or the credit account used during online payment. The total amount of the order is refunded (Article returned & delivery).

Heavy or bulky items can be picked up by our services. In this case, always contact our customer service (see below). After consultation, a date will be defined. The return costs are borne by the customer and return to € 49. A few days after the shipment, and after checking the condition of the parcel, the order will be refunded to the bank account or the credit account used for online payment. The total amount of the order is refunded (item returned & delivery); postage will be deducted from this amount.

Right to Retract
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase, without giving reasons, for a period of 14 days. The reflection period starts the day after receipt of the order by the customer or a representative, designated and communicated to Pkbazaar previously by the consumer. The products are included if they are in their original packaging intact and provided they are complete and not used.
Guarantee
The legal warranty applies if a lack of conformity is found within 2 years from the delivery of the goods. The guarantee begins to run from the day of receipt of the goods by the customer. The invoice and the delivery note act as guarantee certificates.
